Our Lead Consultant and Trainer: Suzi Mason

As a certified Trainer with over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering training in Customer Service, Soft Skills, and related areas, I have developed a comprehensive portfolio that spans the UK and the tri-island state of Grenada, Carriacou & Petite Martinique.

Training Background & Certification

My qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Business and my career encompasses delivering training to the Hospitality Sector on behalf of the Organisation of American States (OAS) while working at the Grenada Board of Tourism (now GTA), as well as independently in both the UK and Grenada. I hold

certifications in learning and development from the Organisation of American States (OAS), City & Guilds UK, the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), and the Hospitality Assured UK Advisory Service.

My Approach & Passion for Excellence

I develop, manage, and implement engaging programs designed to improve performance and facilitate professional growth. I offer bespoke training plans tailored to suit the specific needs of each company.


I am deeply passionate about motivating individuals to reach their full potential and enhance their customer interaction skills, enabling them to deliver exceptional service. I believe that learning and development is the best way to cultivate existing
