As a certified Trainer with over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering training in Customer Service, Soft Skills, and related areas, I have developed a comprehensive portfolio that spans the UK and the tri-island state of Grenada, Carriacou & Petite Martinique.
I hold a Master’s Degree in International Business, supported by extensive experience delivering training to the hospitality sector on behalf of the Organisation of American States (OAS) during my tenure at the Grenada Board of Tourism (now the Grenada Tourism Authority). I have designed and delivered independent training and development programmes in both the United Kingdom and Grenada. I am certified in learning and development by the Organisation of American States (OAS), City & Guilds UK, the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), and the Hospitality Assured UK Advisory Service.
